Brijuan is an expert in helping clients build resilience and navigate life’s complexities with confidence. Specializing in boundary-setting, self-esteem work for both men and women, and mastering singlehood, Brijuan supports clients in their journey toward self-discovery and growth.
Brijuan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College, as well as a Master of Social Work from New York University. She has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. Her training background allows her to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and identity blockages, and dating issues for single individuals.
Brijuan’s approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, offering a unique blend of authenticity, openness, respect, and warmth. Brijuan enjoys working from the sidelines, empowering clients to take the lead in their own healing process, while providing the necessary support and guidance to help them reach their goals.
