Diana Gasperoni is passionate about your overall wellness. As a licensed psychotherapist and CEO of BeWELL Psychotherapy, psychotherapy is her treatment method, however Diana knows that mind and body wellness go and in hand. On BeREAL, she will be having real, authentic talks with therapists, wellness professionals, medical professionals of both Western and Eastern mindsets, authors, thought leaders and others who also advocate for overall wellness.

Her mission with BeREAL is to be a source of information and inspiration that moves you to be curious, expand your thoughts and will encourage positive mental health practices.

Diana’s mission is to provide insight and information for over all emotional, physical and spiritual well being.

What to expect – Interviews with wellness advocates, panel discussions, honest conversation on all topics of wellness (Diana will always be REAL with her listeners), and some episodes of Diana answering listener questions and sharing insights from her clinical practice as well as her own experience as a human.

1 on 1 interviews, Round Tables and occasionally just Diana answering questions and sharing insight and ideas about being human.

When Diana is on the road or when she needs a reality check Ednesha will step in as the co-host of BeREAL. She brings a much needed voice to the conversation. 

Ednesha and Diana have been working side by side for years and Ednesha’s voice and her work are so important to all things mental health. 

Ednesha specializes in treating Black and Brown men, women and couples. Ednesha is a mental health advocate who strives to bring multicultural awareness and social justice in the framework of mental health. It is her mission to create a world where people of color live freely and feel safe in their own skin.
