How It Works
Developed in collaboration with Liz Buehler Walker, RYT, the Director of Health and Wellbeing at Indigo108, we implement a unique approach to health coaching that is a direct complement to your emotional wellbeing practices. Based on the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga we have created a health map that is individually tailored to your unique lifestyle.
Indigo108 Health Counselors (IHCs) are trained to provide you with a full experience of wellbeing. After a comprehensive intake, where we look at the full spectrum of your life, Biology/Psychology/Social, we design a BluePrint that is UNIQUE to you and your lived experience. Your IHC is your accountability partner for as long as you feel you need the support.
Additionally, the work done with your IHC is a direct complement to the work you do in the therapy room. Your BeWELL Therapist will have access to your BluePrint as well and you and she will be able to explore more deeply the emotions that have been trapped in the body either from past trauma, preverbal experiences or simply from living a life as a human.
The goal of Indigo108 Health is to support your emotional health, healing and overall wellbeing.

Why We Created
It has always been a dream to find a way to bridge the gap between my two passions. I walked into a yoga room and onto an analyst’s couch in the same week many life times ago. I was looking for a safe place to heal. So for me the two live together. I learned the power of being fully present in my body while simultaneously exploring my mind, behaviors and history – all the things that make a person fully human.
I still am as committed and engaged in both practices and would not have it any other way. This is where Indigo108 was born.
With each session, Liz’s direction and guidance has felt like an invitation home to myself. Between the creative yoga sequencing that has encouraged me to listen to my body, to the nourishing Ayurvedic techniques that I’m always too happy to make as part of my self care, the brilliance of these practices is forever present in my day-to-day, balanced life.
Learning and incorporating basic Ayurvedic practices such as eating specific foods during certain seasons, and self care regiments like Abhyanga, have helped me become more balanced. My digestion has also improved tremendously as a result. I am forever grateful that yoga and Ayurveda have found me!
