Allison Vespa, LMHC

Allie is passionate about helping others feel better – mentally, physically, emotionally – and connect with the deepest layers of themselves.  She spent the first 11-years of her adult life in a sales role on Wall Street, and left over two years ago to pursue what she loved – helping others manage stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and transitions.  Over the past two years, Allie has worked as a Research Assistant at the Suicide Risk and Prevention lab at Mount Sinai and as a Program Manager at a Bipolar Family Center in Manhattan.

Allie is also a long-time yoga practitioner and instructor, holding certifications in Vinyasa Yoga Teaching, Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga Therapy.  She loves to share the practices with her students and clients, and provide individuals with the tools to navigate and thrive through life’s sometimes arduous terrain.
