Victoria Rodriguez, LMSW
Victoria understands that it is a big step for many to enter therapy. She is committed to ensuring her patients have a safe, comfortable and judgement free environment to explore and discuss their feelings and behaviors. She takes on a collaborative approach with her patients to get to the root of their concerns, build their coping mechanisms, transform their current thinking, and assist them in feeling more confident and secure. She is dedicated to listening with a compassionate ear and meeting her patients where they are at; building each session around their needs.
Victoria has worked with a variety of clients from all backgrounds. She has experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, and major life transitions. In addition to working in private practice, she is also completing her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a certified running coach, has worked as an imagine consultant, and is active on the mental health team at her church. Her experiences in these areas allow her to uniquely blend psychotherapy with leadership coaching to assist her clients in achieving their career goals and overcome obstacles in the workplace, focus on an all-around healthier and balanced lifestyle, find the best version of themselves, and incorporate their faith into coping with anxiety, depression, and loss.
Victoria specializes in working with individuals going through life transitions, entrepreneurs, business leaders, athletes, and those seeking Christian based therapy. Whether your goal is to get through a difficult transition, loss of sense of self, cope with anxiety and depression, and/or better understand yourself and your behaviors, Victoria will help you understand current and potential coping strategies.
