The BeWELL x W Hoboken Wellness Event was an evening dedicated to prioritizing well-being at the W Hoboken in collaboration with BeWELL Psychotherapy.

Designed to help attendees unwind, connect, and gain insights into mental and physical wellness, the event featured an engaging lineup of activities and expert speakers.

The evening included:

Guided Meditation with Lindsay Monal from YogaRenew, offering a soothing sound meditation designed to promote mental reset and grounding.

Panel Discussion, moderated by Divya Robin, Clinical Psychotherapist and Director of Marketing at BeWELL Psychotherapy, featuring wellness leaders including Diana Gasperoni, Founder of BeWELL Psychotherapy and Wellness, Kate Lombardo, Founder of YogaRenew, and additional guest speakers.

Networking Opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and build community within the wellness space.

Complimentary Wellness Treats, including sweet bites and cold brew teas from Boomerang Bites, along with mini hydrating hand massages from Graceful Skin & Body Spa.

This event has now ended, but it reflects BeWELL’s ongoing commitment to accessible, community-centered mental health and wellness experiences.
