Perimenopause is a major life transition, and yet, too often, it feels like nobody is talking about it. The questions. The changes. The emotions. The impact on our bodies, relationships, and mental health.
At BeWELL, we believe women deserve real, honest conversations about their health and emotional well-being. That’s why we hosted The Perimenopause Talk, an engaging panel discussion and interactive women’s health event designed to break the silence and provide clarity, support, and connection.
This perimenopause event brought together expert voices and lived experiences to give women the tools, information, and support they need during this important stage of life.
This event was for every woman who has ever wondered, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this?”
What to Expect at The Perimenopause Talk
This wasn’t your typical health lecture. It was a real talk—a mix of expert insights, personal stories, and practical strategies designed to help women feel informed, supported, and empowered through perimenopause.
Medical Expertise from Dr. Nicole Tully, MD
With nearly two decades of experience as a women’s health physician, Dr. Tully broke down what’s really happening during perimenopause—from hormonal shifts and symptoms to treatment options—helping attendees better understand their bodies and feel more confident about their health decisions.
Mental Health + Emotional Support from BeWELL Therapists
Diana Gasperoni, LCSW-R, founder of BeWELL, and Ednesha Saulsbury, LCSW, both experienced therapists specializing in women’s mental health, guided an open conversation on the emotional side of perimenopause, including anxiety, identity shifts, relationships, and more. They offered real-life tools to help women feel grounded and supported through this season of change.
Interactive Audience Dialogue
This event wasn’t about talking at attendees—it was about talking with them. Live polling, relatable panel questions, and an audience Q&A created space for honest conversation and answered the questions many women have been carrying without a place to ask.
Community Connection
Attendees connected with other women navigating the same journey, enjoyed refreshments, explored wellness offerings like ear acupuncture, and left with valuable resources and support from BeWELL and Dr. Nicole Tully, MD.
