On October 10th, BeWELL Psychotherapy and Wellness hosted an empowering series of free virtual wellness webinars on Zoom, led by expert BeWELL therapists to support mental health and promote balance in daily life.

Sessions included mindfulness practices to start the day, strategies for breaking free from hustle culture, and tools to quiet an anxious mind before bed. Each webinar offered practical, therapeutic guidance to support overall well-being.
