Chloe’s goal as a therapist is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges — whether you’re working through something on your own or alongside a partner. She believes therapy should feel like an honest, supportive relationship — a space where you don’t have to hold anything alone, and where you can gently make sense of the patterns, feelings, and experiences shaping your life and your relationships.
Chloe works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a desire for deeper self-exploration and connection. With couples, she helps partners identify the recurring patterns and cycles that keep them stuck — the same relational dynamics she helps individual clients understand in themselves — and works with them to build new ways of relating that feel more honest, connected, and secure. Clients and couples often come to her feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, and together they work toward greater insight, communication, and emotional balance.
Chloe’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity. Working through a relational lens, she draws from psychodynamic and relational approaches, along with CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques, personalizing each session — individual or couples — to the people in front of her. Her hope is that you and your partner leave each session feeling a little lighter, more centered, and more connected to yourself and each other.
Above all, Chloe wants clients to feel safe, validated, and deeply seen — individually and as a couple — and to know that change is possible, even when it feels far away. Her work isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about helping people, and relationships, grow into a more connected, authentic version of themselves.
