Psychotherapist
She/Her

I believe therapy begins with creating a space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Many of us develop ways of coping that once helped us navigate difficult experiences but may no longer serve us in the same way. Therapy can offer an opportunity to slow down, become curious about these patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, meaning I am interested not only in what brings you to therapy, but also in the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be shaping how you move through the world today. I pay close attention to the therapeutic relationship itself, including the feelings and dynamics that emerge between us, because I believe these can provide meaningful insight into your experiences outside of therapy. I also incorporate trauma-informed, insight-oriented, and DBT-informed approaches based on your individual needs.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation, and challenges related to neurodivergence. I have also worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals seeking support with executive functioning, social relationships, independence, and career or life adjustment. My clinical experience has taught me the importance of approaching each person without assumptions and with genuine curiosity about their individual history, identity, culture, and way of experiencing the world.

As a bilingual therapist, I value culturally responsive care and recognize that our identities, families, communities, and cultural experiences can profoundly influence how we understand ourselves and our relationships. I am particularly attuned to experiences related to cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, family expectations, acculturation, belonging, and navigating multiple cultural contexts.

I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than a place where you are simply given answers. My role is to help you explore what may be difficult to put into words, understand the patterns that bring you into the room, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in familiar patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I would be honored to work with you.
