I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and the emotional and physical transitions of perimenopause. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are looking for support in creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes aligned with their values.
In our work together, we will explore patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and create practical strategies that support healing and personal growth. My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms, but to support you in living your life more fully, with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion
