Danielle is passionate about resilience and helping individuals break the patterns that are holding them back from a path to greater success.  She especially enjoys working with young professionals, college-aged students, couples, and teens. She most specifically works with young people to help to decrease anxiety, stress reduction, and in making big life decisions, while creating a space to uncover trauma, trauma patterns of behavior, and grief and depression. That stand in the way of a life that is thriving.

Danielle operates with a cross cultural perspective and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

Danielle also has an expertise in couples work. Trained in the Gottman Method which aims to improve communication, increase intimacy and affection while  removing barriers to conflict resolution and create more empathy and compassion within relationships.

Danielle greatly believes in everyone’s capacity and potential to transform their lives. In session, she taps into this potential by combining creativity with evidence-based practices and can employ many modalities in the therapy room, such as yoga, meditation, art, and spirituality. Danielle looks forward to establishing a therapeutic relationship with you and helping you on your path to greater wellness.
