Through values of collaboration, curiosity, and compassion, Brittany empowers and works with her clients toward resolving different challenges and issues and cope with life’s varying stressors. She deeply believes in the restorative nature of the therapist/client relationship and is committed to partnering with you as you navigate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be impacting the quality of your life. Additionally, Brittany is a proponent of both mutual trust and transparency and believes it is critical toward growth and development, which means that she will gently, but intentionally challenge you (and invites you to do the same!)
Brittany has provided clinical care to diverse client populations- including veterans, parents and children involved with the child welfare system, refugees, individuals, couples, and families. She has experience working with trauma related disorders and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, Brittany has treated clients experiencing substance abuse issues, depressive and anxiety disorders, relational issues, and major life transitions. As a 200- hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Brittany encourages the mind, body, breath connection and often brings techniques associated with mindfulness and grounding into her work with clients.
