Cristin Van Horn is a Mind-Body Coach, Nutritional Coach, and Wellness Coordinator at BeWELL Psychotherapy and Wellness. She is dedicated to empowering individuals by providing the tools needed to develop a deeper, more intuitive connection with their bodies. Cristin’s approach to wellness is grounded in her extensive background in kinesiology and a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body connection, shaped by over a decade of experience as a professional dancer.

Cristin holds a Level 1 Certification in Nutrition Coaching from the Nutritional Coaching Institute and has specialized certifications in Neurotype Training and Mindful Eating. Her expertise allows her to guide clients through tailored nutritional and mind-body strategies, addressing issues such as stress, emotional eating, and overall well-being.
